As of 01 February 2021, 4215 autonomous solar energy producers are connected to the "Electric Networks of Armenia" with an 81390.855 kW total capacity. An additional 268 with 6841,905 kW total capacity is in the process of connection.
In 2020 the electricity supplied to the distributor network by autonomous energy producers is 35218.122 kWh.
Individuals and businesses can install up to 150 kW and 500 kW solar power stations, produce electricity for internal consumption, and sell the surplus to the "Electric Networks of Armenia".
